A former prosecutor with the Alameda County District Attorney's office and a former assistant attorney general, Ms. Schwartz has valuable insight into how "the other side" thinks and uses this understanding to benefit her clients. She recently obtained an acquittal in a high-profile murder trial in 2008 in Marin County (see the news article from the Marin Independent Journal).

Distinguished Background

Ms. Schwartz holds undergraduate degrees in economics and political science from Yale University. She attended Stanford Law School and obtained her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1988.
